Re-Scheduling:

We know plans change. Sometimes an emergency arises and other times, you just end up needing a more convenient date than the one you originally chose. That's why SaveOnMyTravel.com offers a flexible rescheduling policy.

As long as you call us 7 business days (15 business days during the months of March, April, July, August, November and December) before your arrival date, we can reschedule your vacation for $49. Please note that if you don't give us at least 7 (or 15 depending on the season) business days, our cancellation policy will apply. (see below)

Canceling:

Due to our low pricing, SaveOnMayanResorts.com can only refund your travel  within 72 hours of scheduling your trip, unless this falls within 7 business days (15 business days during the months of March, April, July, August, November and December) of your arrival.  An $89 cancellations fee applies.  We do not offer refunds after the 72 hour period, but will make every effort to get you into a great property at any of our resorts throughout Mexico.
